2018 Hyundai Accent: Legendary car will get updates
Right from the moment it was unveiled at the Canadian Motor Show in February 2017, the 2018 Hyundai Accent has been on headlines on auto magazines — both online and offline. However, it will not be available for sale until later this year. Read on for eye-popping revelations on the improvements and other sweet features to expect when the automobile finally hits the auto market.
2018 Hyundai Accent Interior
The 2018 Hyundai Accent comes with an overhauled interior, sporting a dashboard built around the driver. Either a 7.0-inch or 5.0-inch infotainment system will feature on the dashboard. The infotainment system will play host to Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as dual auxiliary and USB inputs. Another important inclusion expected on the infotainment system is voice-controlled search capabilities. The interior space is supposed to be wider than what obtains in its predecessor, and higher quality materials will be utilized in its interior designs. Buyers should look forward to premium technology features that will push its competition into the shadows. No information is made public yet about its interior color.
2018 Hyundai Accent Engine
2018 Hyundai Accent is expected to pack a 1.6-liter, four-cylinder engine under the hood. The engine is expected to be a Gamma direct-injection petrol engine capable of producing up to 132kW power and 119lb-ft of torque. Furthermore, the engine will be coupled with either a six-speed automatic or six-speed manual transmission, depending on what the buyer wants. Fuel consumption is cut by 7 percent in this new model, thanks to its upgraded ECU, low-friction piston rings and variable fuel pressure. It will be presented as a front wheel drive automobile.
2018 Hyundai Accent Exterior
Buyers should expect both sedan and hatchback bodies, like the outgoing model, but with the new model coming with a longer, wider body. More space will equally be thrown in between the axles, enabling it to seat up to five passengers comfortably. It should come in white, blue and red exterior colors. As at the time of composing this write-up, the design of the hatchback is yet to be revealed. However, there are feelers that the hatchback is similar to the Elantra regarding its look and design at both the front and rear ends.

The chassis is made stronger in the sedan, and it equally features improved front crumple zone. The front takes up a muscular demeanor, making it look distinct from its happy-faced predecessor. 2018 Hyundai Accent Price and Gas Mileage
2018 Hyundai Accent is expected to hit the auto market later this year. The hatchback version is, however, not expected to become available until the early months of 2018. No Revelation yet about its mileage. The manufacturers are also keeping the price close to their chests. However, it is expected to cost more than its predecessor, which presently sells for $16,195. Be that as it may, eager buyers will not have long to wait since the price should be made public when 2018 Hyundai Accent is available for sale later this year.
